These halogen bulbs are available in five styles; there is the stock replacement 45/45 watt, larger wattage halogens 60/55 & 100/55 watt, and then Xenon Blue in 60/55 or 100/55 watt. The Xenon light is more like sun light, which makes it easier for our eyes to see, thus the improvement over the stock bulbs. The Xenon bulbs have a higher list price and are more expensive.
(Note: There are two headlight bulbs on the GL1500, the bulbs are sold each. These bulbs will fit directly in on 88-97 GL1500’s, and may be used on 98-00 GL1500’s if the #1291 adaptor ring set is also purchased.)
