Replacement cords for the economical BCD & ICD Series Headsets
|
This cord has (5) pins at both ends, but the hook-up at the helmet is a straight in plug-in, with a rubber strap to hold in place. This cord is a one piece cord, which runs from the bike to the helmet: J&M used to sell a HC-JA upper cord and a HC-JB lower cord, but they were discontinued early in 2011. This cord is the only option if you have a defective HC-JA or HC-JB.
All J&M hook-up cords come with a white or gray tag that tells the part number for that particular cord, this is the best way to make sure you get the correct cord.
If your cord has 5-Pins, but does not have the rubber strap to hold the cord to the helmet, then the only other option still available is the HC-E cord.

This is a passive electronic low frequency wind noise filter for the passenger position on the Honda GL-1800.
In addition to reducing the actual wind noise that is heard thru the intercom system, this filter also helps the music mute sensitivity circuit to work better, making it easier to find a control position where the wind and background noise will not mute the music but voice frequencies will.
Installation is a snap as this filter plugs in series with the passengers headset lead under the back of the seat. Recommended that passenger position be done first and then driver if needed.
